We stock both original manufacturer parts and high-quality compatible alternatives. Each product listing clearly specifies whether the item is a genuine Freesat component or a certified replacement.
How long does shipping take for UK orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy if a part doesn't fix my issue?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the part is in its original condition, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Do you provide technical support for installing the spares?
While we provide basic installation guides and diagrams on our website, we recommend consulting a professional satellite engineer for complex internal repairs to avoid damaging your equipment.
